Geocaching - this is the modern day treasure hunt but instead of clues in the conventional manner, you use a GPS (Global Positioning System) Unit to locate the 'treasure'.

This is the GPS unit that they will use for this activity

A fun games session - this came was to see how far you could throw the wellie (wellington boot)

Mountain Biking - off for a cycle through the local hills - 1

Bushcraft - sitting round the fire discussing the various activities that they would do at this base

Pinewood Derby - the challenge is to make a model car out of a rectangular piece of wood and race it against others on a track.

Pinewood Derby - involves use saws, chisels etc to shape the wood and then fit plastic wheels to it

Oinewood Derby - Wheels fitted, sandpapering the wood to reduce the drag...
