The "electronic format" allows direct insertion of the Scout's data into the camp database and would be by email with an attached excel spreadsheet file.

Deadline Dates for 2012

Deadline dates will be strictly kept and dates missed may result in places being re-allocated to the waiting list or overseas staff not being allocated to their main choice of task in camp.

Overseas Payments Method.

Money Order Transfer

These may be made directly using one of the following numbers:

and sent to The Scout Association, Blair Atholl Jamborette, Bank of Scotland, Blair Atholl, Pitlochry, Perthshire PH18 5SP, Bank code 80-09-41 and Account number 00810686.

Overseas contingent leaders making money order transfers please add bank charges of 20 GBP to each transfer made. Once bank charges are finally calculated, a refund will be issued at the camp for any overpayment of bank charges.

Visa and Mastercard CREDIT Cards

These may also be used for pre- payment of Overseas camp fees. There will be a surcharge, from the Credit Card company, of 2.04% for using this facility. The £20 Bank transfer charge (mentioned above) does not apply to Credit Card transactions.

Delta and Maestro DEBIT Cards

These cards may also be used for pre-payment of Overseas camp fees. There is NO surcharge on this method.

Payment by Credit or Debit Card for prepayment of Overseas Camp Fees

Payment of fees by Credit or Debit Card can be made by contact our Scottish Headquarters during office hours (UK 9 a.m. till 5 p.m. Monday to Friday) and they will process the payment. NOTE There is a surcharge of 2.04% for Credit Card Payments. The Office Phone number is +44 (0)1383 419073.

Please include your official Contingent Registration number beginning 12/ (for security purposes), the total number in your contingent and the number of GBP to be paid in the transaction.

Please note that there will be no facilities to use Credit or Debit Cards at the camp bank during the actual time of the Jamborette.
