Pictures show some of the items in a spectacular two hour show of music, dance, mime, pageantry and humour.
Overseas contingents and scottish culture came together to produce a varied programme which displayed considerable talent and enthusiasm.
The show was produced by the Events Team, with material by the participants themselves. Young people turned up in huge numbers cheering and supporting all the participants who were performing.
