It is through the generosity of many suppliers and organisations that we are able to deliver a special camp for young people from Scotland and Overseas. We would like to thanks them for their help in providing resources, time, and expertise.
Atholl Estates. Our association with the estate has remained strong since the camp’s inception in 1946. The castle provides a spectacular backdrop for the camp and the estate team are generous with their time and resources.
Code of Conduct
All staff members (Scottish and Overseas) at the Blair Atholl Jamborette must agree to follow and adhere to the Code of Conduct. If you are taking part in training camps for Blair Atholl, we ask you to follow these guidelines at those as well.
Please follow these guidelines to keep yourself and everyone else safe and help us all have a great Jamborette.
The Scouts have a Child Protection Policy, Safety Policy and guidelines on “Scouting and Alcohol” and the “Scouting and Alcohol – Green Card”. All persons present at the Jamborette must familiarise themselves with the content and abide by these rules whilst on the site.
All Staff members must follow direction from the Camp Chief, as the Regional Commissioner for the event, and his Core Team.
